QSTeam.co.uk is built on the expertise of quantity surveyors who have spent their careers in the construction industry. If you’re a chartered or experienced QS with genuine construction experience, we want to talk.

We’re looking for people who understand the commercial realities of construction — CVRs, cost plans, contract management, procurement and dispute resolution — not just surveyors who have briefly touched the sector.

What we’re looking for
Chartered (MRICS) or experienced Quantity Surveyor
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on construction industry experience
Experience producing and managing Cost Value Reconciliations
Understanding of JCT, NEC3 and NEC4 contract types
Experience with Bills of Quantities and procurement
Cost planning and lender monitoring experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor
Based in the UK
